XDMD is a Dutch engineering startup in AI for medical imaging. I founded it in October 2024, and within two months I signed the first contract. The B2B market is large and so is my ambition.

I am building the company from the ground up: project by project, client by client, and without external investors. It is hard work, high risk, and fast-paced. Our software ends up in our clients’ products and has real impact on the clinical workflow and patient care.

As a startup there is no established culture yet. But there is a strong vision, a clear direction, and a commitment to quality. As one of the first hires, you will be working closely with me and shape the company’s future.
